Overview
The Kaiser Permanente project looks to not only increase the number of users of the KP mobile app, but also change the way users interact with Kaiser by redoing the product architecture, interaction, and visual design of KP's current mobile app. The project is an ongoing collaboration with many cross functional teams from within Kaiser as well as outside agencies.
Some requirements of the product were to add certain functionalities to be integrated within a few months as well as others that would be integrated over the course of a few years. The end product must work on both iOS and Android.

Wireframes
Some of the earlier wireframes for the mobile app. The wires show a few of the primary app screens, variations of the sign in screen, and different explorations for the navigation.
Spec Writing
To get a better understanding of how the product would work, light spec writing had to be done. Heavy specs were not yet required, but these specs were still important as they would serve as a sanity check for whatever was being designed.
